Free standard delivery on orders over ₾300. Below that, a flat ₾10 fee applies. Same-day delivery is available in Tbilisi for orders placed before 16:00. You can also collect your order in person at our store.
Tbilisi: same day for orders before 16:00, otherwise next day. Batumi, Kutaisi and the regions: 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email as your order moves from paid to shipped to delivered.
Choose “Store pickup” at checkout and collect from Pekini Ave 21, Tbilisi. Orders are usually ready within about 2 hours during opening hours — we'll let you know when it's ready.
Changed your mind? Return unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item.
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away — we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
